This is a completely thorough cleaning of every surface, nook, crannie, cabinet, drawer, closet and space in
your home. In addition to the services normally performed in our “Top to Bottom” Cleaning Service, the
Spring Cleaning System includes the following:
Kitchen

  • Counter tops and back splash cleaned
  • (all items removed and replaced)
  • Vacuum ceiling & corners
  • Cabinet  washed or dusted inside & out
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Complete Stove Cleaning (Move out stove)
  • complete Fridge & freezer Cleaning ( Move Fridge out)
  • Clean inside of microwave
  • Small appliances wiped
  • Window sills & window cleaned
  • Blinds are dusted
  • Baseboards washed
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork,
  • Door frames and switch plates cleaned
  • Clean dishwasher & rubber seals
  • Load and run dishwasher
  • Trash emptied  & wash walls if necessary
  • Floor vacuumed or washed
Bathrooms

  • Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
  • Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected
    and rinsed
  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
  • Toilets disinfected inside and out,including base and
    behind
  • Vanity top cleaned
  • Shower curtain replaced ( provided by customer)
  • Towels changed (if left out)
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Window sills & windows cleaned
  • Baseboards washed
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork,

  • Wash walls if necessary

Living Room

  • All areas dusted - on top, in front and underneath

Notes:

Windows on second level of the home must tip inwards otherwise only the inside windows will be cleaned.
Not all furniture can be moved, particularly entertainment centers, pianos, bookcases, china cabinets and other
bulky, heavy objects.

Not all surfaces are cleanable. We will not clean certain surfaces if we feel there is a danger that we may damage
them in the process. We will advise you in writing if there are surfaces we feel we are unable to clean.
