Rates & Payments
Residential
Due at time of service (cash, credit card, PayPal, e-check)
Initial cleaning requires credit card be kept on file (see Use of Credit Cards for explanation)
E-check authorization is required prior to first cleaning if paying with a personal check
Commercial
Invoices are emailed on the last cleaning day of the month
Payment is net 30 days
Finance charge of $5.00 PER DAY after 30 days
Use of Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover (American Express is also accepted through the PayPal link below)
Pristine Maids, LLC requires that a credit card be kept on file with us at the time your initial cleaning is scheduled.
Your card will not be charged unless payment is not rendered via cash, eCheck, or PayPal within 24 hours of the
date of service (or an agreed upon date of payment).
PayPal
For easy payment with any major credit card or with your PayPal account.
Use of eChecks
For your convenience, Pristine Maids, LLC offers automatic electronic funds payment from your checking or
savings account. For one-time cleanings, e-Checks are processed the day of service (see Recurring Services below
for recurring payments using e-Checks) A $1.00 processing fee is charged for all e-Checks.
Recurring services
Credit card or e-Check payment will be charged the Monday prior to the date of service.
Refunds
Please notify us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with your service. We will come back to re-clean the area in
question until you are satisfied. A full refund is given for re-cleaned areas only.
Refund Amount = (Rate per total square feet) x (Square feet to be re-cleaned) / (Total square feet)
Please note: The refunded amount will be credited back to your credit card or a business check will be mailed to
you directly. No refunds will be given if an area is not re-cleaned by Pristine Maids, LLC.
Cleaning Kit
Recurring customers that have been given a cleaning kit to remain in the home for the cleaners should you decide
you no longer wish to have our services, please make sure the kit is returned to us immediately.
If the kit is not returned to us within 48 hours you will be charged $50 for the kit and it becomes yours.
