Supplies

Every customer who chooses Pristine Maids, LLC can rest assured that only the top brand of cleaning products
are being used in their home. Pristine Maids, LLC supplies all cleaning supplies needed, except the vacuum, which
will be supplied by the customer. We do not supply the vacuum because we don't believe in bringing someone
else's smells and dirt residue into your home. Each new customer will receive a kit that stays in their home,
garage, etc as long as they are a customer of Pristine Maids, LLC and will be refilled for free by the cleaning
professional. We believe that having the kit in your home, to use only on your home, is cleaner and healthier for
your family. Many cleaning services carry supplies and use them on all of the homes for that day. We know that
if we were the customer, we would not want a mop used on someone else's stains, used in our home.

Our rates

Pristine Maids, LLC is unlike any cleaning service you have ever experienced. We don't just throw out a figure
when a prospective client calls. We put a lot of thought in to what should be charged for the size and shape of
your home, what payroll and taxes will be, the time and mileage for the cleaning, as well as trying to make a small
profit without straining the wallets of our customers. Our cleaning rates are based on the size and condition of
your home. If we have to spend time picking things up in order for us to be able to clean more time will be
required.  Initial cleaning is a 3 hour minimum and recurring services are 2 hour minimum. Should you require
additional time there will be a per hour per person rate occurred.
