How many people come to clean my home?
We may send one cleaner to your home based on the size of the home, We may use teams of two
professionally trained maids to clean your home. We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your
service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to
your home for each visit.
Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing
change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.
We begin our relationship with you by visiting your home and creating a customized work order for your
needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalized service to which you’re
accustomed
How do I pay for my service?
All payments are due at the time cleaning services are rendered. It is our company policy to obtain credit
card authorization for the initial cleaning and we do keep that information on file. Should you ever forget
to leave payment, the card will be charged immediately following your scheduled cleaning. We accept
Visa, Master card, Discover, Paper checks and E-checks. We do not accept Cash.
Are You Licensed Bonded and Insured?
YES! We are Licensed and Insured. Please feel free to ask to see our Liability Coverage.
We are BETTER THAN BONDED! Pristine Maids, LLC carries an "employee dishonesty" insurance policy, which is more
expensive and harder to qualify for. But it has broader coverage, which is a better protection for our customers and
contains no small print clause of "upon conviction"
Should I tip the cleaner?
Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how
well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your
expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter
What is the cancellation policy?
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Pristine Maids, LLC merely requires a 24 Hour
notice. If Pristine Maids, LLC receives less than a 24 Hour notice, or can't access your home, it will be
necessary for us to charge the full cost of cleaning plus fuel charge for your cleaning. When we
schedule an appointment for you this leaves that day and time open to you and only you. We have to
charge the full service cancellation fee because a potential customer could have had that time slot. Please
refer to our terms of service. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to submit
in writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the service providers of any
changes to your schedule -- it must be done directly with the management of your local office. If
payments are not received on date of service and it is necessary for us to send you to collections, you
will be paying all attorney fees as well as the total cost of the past due invoice.
Am I required to supply any cleaning supplies?
No, Pristine Maids, LLC supplies all cleaning supplies & equipment.

In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans,
new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra
