How many people come to clean my home?

Generally, our service providers work alone. You may request an additional maid.
When more than one person is at the job, the quoted time -- which was given in man hours --is lessened by the
number of people. For example, if you were scheduled for a two-hour service and two service providers are
assigned to your job, the cleaning should be completed in one hour or two man-hours.

How do I pay for my service?

All payments are due at the time cleaning services are rendered. It is our company policy to obtain credit card
authorization for the initial cleaning and we do keep that information on file. Should you ever forget to leave
payment, the card will be charged immediately following your scheduled cleaning. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, E-checks and Cash. There is a $3.25 fee when paying with a credit card and $1.00 charge when
paying E-check.

YES! We are Bonded and Insured. Please feel free to ask to see our Liability Coverage.

What is the cancellation policy?

If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Pristine Maids, LLC  merely requires a 24 Hour notice.
If Pristine Maids, LLC  receives less than a 24
Hour notice, or can't access your home, it will be necessary for us
to charge the
full cost of cleaning plus fuel charge for your cleaning. When we schedule an appointment for
you this leaves that day and time open to you and only you. We have to charge the full service cancellation fee
because a potential customer could have had that time slot. Please refer to our terms of service. Future
scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to submit in writing any termination of regularly
scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the service providers of any changes to your schedule -- it must be done
directly with the management of your local office. If payments are not received on date of service and it is
necessary for us to send you to collections, you will be paying
all attorney fees as well as the total cost of  the
past due invoice.
Keys to your home:


If you're a recurring customer and
would like to provide us with keys
to your home, rest assured that
your keys are well protected by a
secure lock box only accessible by
office management. Your key is
never coded in any way. Should it
be misplaced, someone would
have access to your home.
We do not mail keys back. Should
you wish to discontinue service,
please make arrangements to pick
up the key at our office.
