Cleaning Schedules include the following services, but we customize your office cleaning services to your
company’s particular office’s janitorial needs.
Office Cleaning

  • Clean metal hardware and polish if needed.
  • Clean glass entrance doors inside and out.
  • Dust and clean reception area.
  • Pick up and arrange any reading material in lobby.

  • Vacuum and spot clean carpeted areas.
  • Sweep and/or dust mop office floors.
  • Dust chairs,desks, tables, filing cabinets and other furniture.
  • Clean telephones. Dust office machines.
  • Dust high ledges, partitions, moldings and other

  • Rearrange furniture to original order
Rest Rooms

  • Clean fixtures and chrome fittings.

Initial Cleaning "FREE"! Evaluate our service !

We offer the initial cleaning free to commercial clients! During that time, you can assess the quality of our
services, evaluate our crew performance and suggest any improvement to our services. After the initial cleaning
you will be required to sign a 12 month contract to continue services.  Do not ever sign for janitorial service
without trying it first— that’s Pristine's Commercial Cleaning standpoint.

12 Month cleaning contract required.
Invoices will be emailed on your last scheduled cleaning day of the month and due on a net 30.
